INT is organising vaccination for all its team members. It is also a necessary criteria for attending office after the lockdown.

The vaccination will happen on 16th or 17th June 2021. I am sorry, but you will not have the choice of date. The vaccination drive will take place in Salt Lake Sector AB and Paddapukur. You can choose which location you want to go.

For all vaccination, it is compulsory to complete the COWIN registration, bring your COWIN registration number, and also carry your Aadhaar card and the mobile number that you have used in your COWIN registration to the vaccination center. No one will be able to help you if these vital steps are missing.

Note- We are making upfront payment in advance to Hospitals to Book Slots

Time : 9am Onwards
Venue : Salt Lake AB Block or Paddapukur
Vaccine : Covishield
Cost : 382/- per Jab
Age: Only for 18+ for both 1st / 2nd dose

Note : 1. ONLY family members i.e. wife, mother, father, brother/sister (if they live in the same house).
            2. This is a special price which has been negotiated for you. Kindly do not misuse it.

Once registration is done with 100% Payment, same cannot be withdrawn and is non refundable , non adjustable and is not transferable.

It is mandatory to register on COWIN (https://cowin.gov.in) or through AROGYA SETU App. The COWIN registered mobile number must be carried for the vaccination.

This is required for the OTP that would be generated during Vaccine..

Strictly NO ON-SPOT Registration or WALK-INs will be allowed.

  • Registration on CoWIN app is mandatory.
  • Covishield Vaccine will be provided. •Vaccination Charges Rs. 950/-.
  • Last date of Submission of the form is 9th June 2021.
  • Vaccination will be done at Bidhannagar CK-CL Community Hall, 179B/227B, CK-CL Park, Sector-II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700091
  • Vaccination will be done in the 2nd week of June 2021. Kindly fill the form along with payment details.
