Note- We are making upfront payment in advance to Hospitals to Book Slots

Time : 1 pm Onwards
Venue : Bika Banquets , Golaghata, VIP Road Kolkata
Vaccine : Covishield
Cost : 1000/- per Dose , Subsidy available for Maheshwari Family registered with Akhil Bharatvarshiya Maheswari Sabha (ABMM SAMPARK APP)
Age: Only for 18+ for both 1st / 2nd dose

Note : 1. COVISHIELD 2nd dose will be given only after 84 days from 1st dose.
            2. COVID recovered persons can get vaccinated 3 months after recovery.

Once registration is done with 100% Payment, same cannot be withdrawn and is non-refundable, non-adjustable and is not transferable.

It is mandatory to register on COWIN (https://cowin.gov.in) or through AROGYA SETU App. The COWIN registered mobile number must be carried for the vaccination.

This is required for the OTP that would be generated during Vaccine..

Strictly NO ON-SPOT Registration or WALK-INs will be allowed.

  • KPMSABHA will help Organise the Covid Vaccines for its Members.
  • Last date of Submission of the form is 11th June 2021
  • Subsidy is available for Maheshwari Family registered with Akhilbhartvarshiya Maheshwari Sabha on ABMM SAMPARK APP. Those who wish to avail subsidy of 500/- per person have to put their Family id and registered phone number at ABMM Sampark App.
  • Cashlessbazar will not be responsible for any unforeseen Claim, Tax Liabilities or any other compliance.
  • Payment for the vaccine does not guarantee administration of vaccine. If vaccine cannot be administered for any reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the money paid will be refunded.
  • Money is non refundable due to absent or any other reason
