Age: Only for 18+ for both 1st / 2nd dose

Note : COVISHIELD 2nd dose will be given only after 84 days from 1st dose.

Once registration is done with 100% Payment, same cannot be withdrawn and is non refundable , non adjustable and is not transferable.

It is mandatory to register on COWIN (https://cowin.gov.in) or through AROGYA SETU App. The COWIN registered mobile number must be carried for the vaccination.

This is required for the OTP that would be generated during Vaccine.

Strictly NO ON-SPOT Registration or WALK-INs will be allowed.
